This 1985 double wide listed for $299,000 looks brand new with 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms, brand new flooring though out the living space and bathrooms, brand new carpet in bedrooms, and brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances. The downstairs has 2 studies, 1 bedroom, and 2 baths, and new carpet and appliances as well. Not to mention, the entire interior and exterior have fresh paint.
Our next manufactured home featuring basements is a 1997 home listed for $299,000 with a lot of curb appeal. From the front of the home, you can’t even tell that it includes a basement. This particular basement is used as a storage space, but it could easily be updated to make a more liveable space.
Located in the country, this 2000’s model double wide listed for $235,000, has so many features we love. From the foyer to the fresh paint throughout, this is one great space. The basement is split into a large living area and a more unfinished section that could be used as a workspace. This is another one of those manufactured homes featuring basements that from the front you can’t even tell the home sets on a whole other level of space.

There’s no doubt that manufactured homes featuring basements are a great way to add living or storage space to a home. Whether you want the added space for extra bedrooms or entertaining, or you need a workspace or garage placing your home over a basement is a terrific way to meet those needs.
