This month we are taking a peek at 5 stellar mobile homes for sale in the Carolinas. These models range from the mid-90s to a 2021 model that has it all. Each of these homes offers something different, from decor styles to remodeling tips you can use in your own manufactured home.

Keep in mind, these homes were available at publication, but we can’t guarantee they will be available for long.

Beautiful 3 Bedroom in SC

Our first home this month is a 1998 home with 1568 square feet and an open floor plan. It features vaulted ceilings, stylish lighting, and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. Listed for $219,000, the home has been renovated and has a fresh, modern feel.

Furniture placement makes this a cozy seating area.

A good remodeling tip we noticed the owners used in the kitchen, if recessed lighting isn’t an option, go for a disk light. The installation will be much easier since it just mounts to the ceiling instead of inside the ceiling, it’s also lesser expensive and is still a nice aesthetic for the room.

A smaller table keeps the space from feeling cluttered.
Not sure about those trees so close to the front of the home!

3 Bedroom/2 Bath is a Standout in NC

This next home is a 1995 model this is listed for 9,900. The home features plank flooring and has been updated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and new lighting. The home is pretty much a blank palette of white with plenty of natural light.

The open floor plan is very inviting.
The countertops are a nice compliment to the flooring.
You would never know the major update that awaits you on the inside.

Nice 4 Bedroom in SC

Our next home is a 2006 model that has an asking price of 9,999. There are a few things about this home to point out. First, the home appears to have been built originally to have a living room and a family room, but the owners seem to be using the front living room as a dining room. Secondly, the master suite is huge and very well done! Finally, they seem to have left the wallpaper board up in the kitchen and in the bath (we didn’t share a pic of the bath) which takes away from the great job they did on the rest of the home. Of course, this is easily fixed with paint and perhaps some backsplash.

It looks like a great place to gather.
A couple of updates is all this kitchen needs!
It’s important to use the space in your home the way you need it. There are no rules!
Check out this master suite.
A lovely porch would complete this home.

3 Bedroom With Open Floor Plan in NC

Take a look at this listing:

Beautiful LVP flooring throughout main living areas; designer interior paint and new plush carpet! AWESOME Owners Suite w/ sitting room, dual vanity and HUGE WALK IN CLOSET!

Such a great job with the decor
So roomy!
Plenty of counter and cabinet space.
Very well-maintained home.

New 3 Bedroom in SC

Our last of this month’s stellar mobile homes is a new 2021 model with a listing price of a whopping 5,000 (although it does include 10 acres of land as well). As you can see from the images, the home includes a fireplace, built-ins, a nice size kitchen with a large center island, and plenty of storage and counter space throughout.

The addition of plug-ins above the fireplace makes for easy tv placement.
The kitchen is very inviting and functional.
We are big fans of laundry rooms.
The screened-in porch is a great touch.

This month’s stellar mobile homes are obviously pricier than what we usually like to share. But, recently the prices of most homes, including manufactured ones, are trending higher. There is one plus to each of these homes though, they are each on their own land, which helps to increase their value.

Be sure to be on the lookout for next week’s post when we share a spectacular mobile home located in South Carolina that we thought deserved its own post!

As always, thank you for reading Mobile Home Living®.
