There are some awesome mobile home communities and homes all over the country, like this 1965 vintage mobile home located in the Palm Canyon Mobile Club in California, a new twist on manufactured home communities. Or this fantastic 2004 Palm Springs mobile home that is in the community as well.

What’s Not to Love About This Turn-Key Home

We found this mobile home when we began our research regarding the Palm Canyon Mobile Club. According to the listing on Realtor.com, this three bedroom/2 bath home was priced at $106,300 (it has since sold). As you can see from the pictures, the interior has been completely updated, and it even comes furnished!

Modern and Retro Design Combine in This Palm Springs Mobile Home

The mix of retro accent pieces and modern furniture make for a gorgeous look in this updated mobile home. Also, we love the vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light to make this open floor plan appear much larger than 1000+ square feet.

Modern and retro design in the entire home.
The kitchen island provides an eating area and extra storage and work space.
Plenty of natural light in the bedrooms.

All in all this Palm Springs mobile home is an excellent investment for a family who is hoping to enjoy the luxury of the amenities of Palm Canyon Mobile Club and still enjoy the value of owning their own home. As with all of the homes in the community, a large, private yard and patio are included. Not to mention the amazing view from the front entrance, we would move there for that alone!

The exterior is so well maintained.
A private patio area is hard to find in a manufactured home park.
I bet the view is amazing from this porch.

In our final installment next week we are going to take a look at Palm Canyon’s newest addition to their manufactured home community, the tiny home. Be sure to look for it.
