Back in 2021, we caught a glimpse of this 1963 vintage trailer on Instagram and instantly knew we wanted to share it with our readers. Lucky for us the owners didn’t forget us! Thankfully, when they decided to place the mobile home up for sale after the remodel, they reached out to us and we couldn’t wait to get started. Located in San Juan Capistrano, California, and listed for $249,900 here’s a look at the listing:

Newly remodeled, affordable home within the Capistrano Terrace community! Upon entry you are greeted into the light & bright great room. The dining area, living room, and kitchen open seamlessly to one another. Perfect for entertaining!! These spaces boast an abundance of light and high ceilings. Off of the living room and through the french doors, you will find a beautiful deck with incredible views of the rolling hills. Continuing inside and moving towards the rear of the home, you will pass the remodeled full guest bathroom with walk-in shower and newer vanity. Straight ahead you will find the oversized primary bedroom – with plenty of space to add a large closet (none currently in the room). To the left, you will find the secondary bedroom with a large closet and half bathroom ensuite. In this space you will also find a stackable washer and dryer unit.

The Transformation Complete

Turns out that the 1963 vintage trailer was a complete gut job all the way to the studs. But it was totally worth the finished product.

Now that the couple has decided to put the remodeled home up for sale, they are anxious to move on to their next project, San Juan “Casa Palmera”. Luckily, we can all follow on their Instagram page. We can’t wait to see what they accomplish next.
