There is just something so special about this 1978 manufactured home. From the classic interior to the beautifully cared-for exterior, there isn’t much we don’t love. We think you will agree that this is what Mobile Home Living is all about!

Classic Design Interior

From the massive windows that provide an amazing view to the calming color scheme, this interior is hard to beat. We especially love the furniture placement that allows for plenty of room for entertaining without overwhelming the space. The living room is separate from the rest of the open floor plan and offers the opportunity for a more formal look for part of the 1978 manufactured home.

The color scheme is so calming.
Look at those windows!

With a separate living space near the kitchen, the floor plan really opens up and makes it perfect for entertaining or family time.

Love how open this part of the home feels.

The kitchen is a little small but offers plenty of storage and natural light.

Think they should have went up a little with the backsplash?

Love how the bedroom offers a step out to the gorgeous patio area. Also, the bath area is pretty cool with its curved look.

All the Views

The real star of this 1978 manufactured home has to be the amazing views. Not only can you see the ocean from this home, you also have a great view of Catalina.

Can’t live in california without a patio.
Love the stone around the landscaping.

This 1978 manufactured home recently sold for $559,000 and if you would like to see more of the listing you can visit Redfin for all the details. Of course, anytime we share one of these older manufactured homes for sale that has been remodeled, we try to search out the details of what the home looked like before. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to find much on this one. If anyone comes across any older pictures of the property be sure to let us know, we would love to have a true before look to share.

Don’t forget, we are always looking for remodels to feature. Check out our get-featured page and learn how to submit your home.

As always, thanks for reading Mobile Home Living®.
