While searching for mobile homes every month to share, we always notice how many double wides for sale are loaded with curb appeal. There’s no doubt that the right landscaping and a well-maintained yard make a great first impression which is a major selling point when it comes to being on the market.
Remember that these homes were available at publication, but may not be available for long.
We love everything about this double wide! There’s no doubt it would make the perfect Summer home or even an all-around home if you are ready to leave the cold behind. Listed for $299,900 this home has had a complete remodel, from the floors to the custom molding and accents. Also, the curb appeal of this home speaks for itself. The covered front porch, the landscaping, and the sidewalk are just a complete package.
This 1999 double wide listed for $279,900 is another gorgeous home. Take a look at the listing:

Our next find is a 2017 tiny home for $103,000. The home is being sold completely furnished and includes an air-conditioned Florida room that is partially blocked off to be used as an extra sleeping space.
Nice landscaping around the home and around the trees in the yard as well as a nice patio for entertaining complete the home’s curb appeal.
This double wide is a 2021 model listed for $599,900 and it is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Here’s the listing:

Our final home is a 2000 model listed for only $99,500. Very well maintained, but full of potential for updates if someone is looking to change it up. However, it is definitely move-in ready without any updates.
It was tough to share just 5 double wides for sale, there were so many great homes to choose from. But, as you can see curb appeal is very important when it comes to making a first impression. The right porch and landscaping can drastically change the look of your home and really complete the home’s look.
