While researching our monthly for sale post, we came across this gorgeous 1982 double wide in California that has been renovated to create a classic and timeless style. Here’s a look at the listing:
Even before this 1982 double wide was remodeled, it already had several awesome features on its side. First off, it featured vaulted ceilings, which are a big plus for any home. Also, the home features a unique floor plan that includes a fireplace. Finally, at over 2,000 square feet, this home has plenty of space for entertaining.
It’s no wonder that a home with so much potential would be transformed into a showplace of classic style. The owners were able to keep much of the original charm while giving it an update that wows.
By covering up the typically dark paneling throughout the home and transforming it into a light and bright space without having to remove the paneling, they took the money they saved and tore out the master bath and give it a dramatic facelift.
We also love how the furnishings complete the stylish look of this 1982 double wide. The right furniture placement, a great use of area rugs, lots of cool lighting, along with just the right amount of pops of color complete this remodel.
