Recently we shared with you 3 smaller single wide designs available on the market. This time we are taking a look at 3 luxury double wide designs that are hot right now. These 3 homes offer a wide variety of styles that will meet just about any family’s needs.

The Zion From Titan

First up we have the Zion. This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home has a price range of $132,000-$167,000 (this doesn’t include setup or delivery) and is found mainly in the Texas area.

The design style of this luxury double wide could best be described as contemporary farmhouse. Its open layout is full of farmhouse charm, but also includes plenty of pops of color throughout. There are also plenty of upgrades added to this home, including recessed lighting, trey ceilings, and stainless steel appliances just to name a few.

The trey ceilings stand out with that pop of color.
Sheet metal can be a great accessory to a space.

Adding color to the center island ties the look together.
State of the art appliances are a big upgrade in this home.
Distinctive lighting can make a big impact.
The color theme continues through the entire home.
The tub in front of a window has become a common theme in new designs.
A floor plan can really help you decide what options to add or take away.
Built-in porches have become a popular option in these new designs as well.

Clayton’s St. Croix

Our next luxury double wide design comes from manufacturer Clayton, who has long been known for their wide range of homes. From the basic starter home to the more expensive luxury double wide, Clayton has it to offer.

The St. Croix offers over 2200 square feet of living space and has a starting price in the $140,000 before delivery and setup. Also, this home is offered in several parts of the United States, from Ohio to Alabama and as far west as Illinois.

If you aren’t a fan of the open layout concept that is so popular today, this design is perfect for you. With both a living room and a family room plus a nice size foyer leading into the home, this layout offers more of a stick-built home feel than a typical mobile home design usually offers.

Larger foyer is very welcoming.
The kitchen and living room offer a nice open area to entertain.
Plenty of natural light.
The family room offers a nice built-in.
The center island is a cook’s dream.
Look at that refrigerator!
The ceiling throughout makes a statement.
Recessed lighting over the bed is a nice upgrade.
Who doesn’t love a big closet?
Huge shower and of course windows around the tub!
We love the layout of this double wide.
Would make a nice addition to a neighborhood.

Signature TNR From Jacobsen

Our final find today comes from Jacoben Homes in the Florida area. Although there was no listed price, we would say this almost 2500 square foot, 4 bedroom/3 bath home would definitely start in the $140’s if not more.

There is a lot to love about this particular luxury double wide, starting with its great use of space. Not only does it have 4 bedrooms, it also has a play room/office space as well as a retreat located in the master bedroom that is almost the same size as the bedroom itself. Add to that the 3 bathrooms and this is a dream home for a larger family.

Open floor plan that most families love.
Love those windows.
This kitchen offers a more classic look.
Look at all that storage space!
Not sure about the sliding glass door, maybe french doors would be a better option?
The playroom.
One side of the huge master suite.
This room is amazing.
This home is huge!

As you can see, these 3 luxury double wide homes are not cheap. However, if you are looking for the size and quality of a stick-built home you can’t beat these designs. And don’t forget, you can always add or take away options or upgrades to fit your family’s needs. Just like with stick-built homes, the choice is yours, but for less money!
