This month’s 5 awesome manufactured homes that we are sharing are coming from all over and are all really good deals. Whether you are looking for a project or something that is move in ready, with this month’s finds there is something for everyone.
As a reminder, although these homes were available online at publication, the links may not still be available as homes sell quickly!
Our first home is a 2 bedroom/2 bath single wide located in Pennsylvania for $27,900. Featuring new flooring, a new kitchen, and an updated bath. The only thing this home needs is a little exterior TLC. Perhaps some new skirting and finish out the porch?
Our next awesome manufactured homes find is a 1965 vintage beauty! A 2 bedroom/1 bath located in Washington, this home is listed for $49,900 and is in pristine condition. All original paneling, with pocket doors in each bedroom with built-in closet & full set of drawers, gives a great blend of functionality and style. There is a large living room that is open to a dining room. The kitchen looks to be mostly all original as well, with lots of cabinets and storage.
You don’t find older homes this well maintained very often.
If a project is what you are looking for than this 2 bedroom/1 bath single wide is just for you. Listed at $18,500 this home would be great for someone looking to put their own touch of style on a home. All that is needed is some new flooring and fresh paint to cover up that wallpaper board and you can give this home a quick refresh.
When you first see this small 2 bedroom/1 bath mobile home you expect to walk into a typical 70’s home. But that’s definitely not the case with this remodeled home listed for $24,995 in Pennsylvania. Light-colored walls, updated kitchen cabinets, and a gorgeous bath featuring shiplap walls are what you will find instead.
Our last of the awesome manufactured homes for this month is located in Florida. This 2 bedroom/2 bath manufactured home is listed at $28,000 and is mostly all original. The paneling, built-ins, and even the center island stove top remain. If you are looking for something turn-key or looking for a home that you can do some small projects to without breaking the bank, this would be a great investment.
