1982 Completely Updated Mobile Home for $53,400

We found this two bedroom/1 bath mobile home, located in Ohio, on Zillow. Super cute, and completely updated, this 850 square feet single wide even comes fully furnished. Everything from the siding to the furnace has been upgraded in this home. We love the kitchen setup, nice amount of counter and cabinet space but still room for a small table.

Rounded countertop divides the space.
Nice size kitchen.
Plenty of entertaining space.

1979 Skyline is a Step Back in Time for $37,500

If you love the layouts of the 1970’s mobile homes, check out this two bedroom/2 bath,1248 square feet, mobile home in Oregon. There have been a few updates, such as new flooring and the addition of a wood stove. However, the home has the original wall coverings, built-ins, and kitchen cabinets. We love this layout!

Check out that wallpaper!
You don’t see floorplans like this anymore.
Nice built-ins.
The exterior looks good to be the original siding.

1984 Single Wide is Picture Perfect for $49,900

This well maintained two bedroom/1 bath mobile home in New Hampshire has a little over 900 square feet. The owners have done an excellent job of creating a nice homey feel in this single wide mobile home. A couple of the updates that we really love? The living room wall with the built-in and mantle under the tv, and the ledge under the window in the kitchen. And, since we love house plants, we love how the owners have hooks over the windows with plants on them. Creative way to give your plants some sunlight without using valuable counter space!

Great use of space over the fireplace.
Even with a table, the kitchen doesn’t seem crowded.
Such a beautiful landscaping job.

1971 Single Wide Perfect for Retirement for $7,900

This two bedroom, 12×56, mobile home in Arizona features a very well maintained exterior. Located in a 55+ retirement community, it just needs a little interior TLC to make a wonderful retirement home. It already has new bathroom countertops and new carpet, a fresh coat of paint on the walls and cabinets to lighten up the space, and you have a whole new home without too much investment.

The exterior was updated with new paint and roof.

1991 Holly Park Single Wide Has It All for $26,900

Our last find in our hot Summer mobile home listings is this three bedroom/2 bath, 980 square feet single wide in Delaware. This mobile home has a newly installed heat pump, new flooring throughout and a fresh coat of paint. All though small for a three bedroom, the open layout and abundance of windows, make this home look much larger. Our favorite feature of this home? The kitchen cabinets separating the living room and kitchen with the glass inserts which dresses up the interior of the home nicely.

Love the color on the cabinets.
Nice color combination with the tile work.
Very well maintained.
