Also, make sure that there are no leaves, branches, or other debris on the roof.
Keeping your windows and siding clean on your manufactured home is important for reasons beyond just keeping the outside of your home looking nice.
Keeping your windows clean can also help prevent window damage, protect indoor air quality, and maintain your home’s energy efficiency levels. And as far as your siding is concerned, siding cleaning gets rid of mold, mildew, and insects which can make their homes on the exterior of your mobile home.

A quick walk around your home, checking to be sure that the skirting is all in place, and that the vents are opened up to allow air is all that is needed to keep your mobile home critter-free and dry.

If you have a central air unit, Spring is an important time to make sure it is in its top working condition. A few simple steps will help get you ready. (this job may or may not be something you want to tackle yourself, if you are unsure consult a professional) First, turn off the power to the unit, clean or replace the filters, clean the coils and remove any debris, check the coolant lines to make sure they are still protected, and finally turn the unit back on test the unit.
