Top Manufactured Homes for Sale in Oregon: Retro, Updated, and Like New

Every month or so, we search the internet for the country’s top manufactured homes for sale. This month, we decided to travel to Oregon, and boy, did we hit the jackpot. These five homes offer a little bit of everything, from a retro home that would make a perfect project home to a practically new home that features all there is to love about newly manufactured homes.

Remember that these homes were available at publication but may not be available for long.

1984 Three Bedroom is a Retro Dream

Our first find is a three bedroom/2 bath listed for $120,000. It is very well-maintained and has a great open floor plan; all this double wide needs is a minor update.

Some of the top upgrades that a new homeowner may want to make include:

  • Pull up the carpet and install laminate wood flooring.
  • Update the dark paneling.
  • A fresh coat of paint on the ceiling.
  • Give the kitchen a much-needed brightening.

Our next home is a small three bedroom/2 bath is listed for $125,000 and has been totally remodeled.

Here’s the listing:

Recently remodeled and updated floor plan with stainless steel appliances, and many designer touches. Front and back deck including an additional private storage shed, and ample parking.

There is so much to love about this update, from the wood accent wall to the upgraded kitchen, the homeowners did a wonderful job.

This couch adds extra seating but isn’t overwhelming.

The exterior has a lot of potential.

2020 Two Bedroom is Like New

Our third find in our top manufactured homes for sale is a two bedroom/2 bath for $264,000. This home is completely move in ready and is a great example of how far manufactured home designs have evolved through the years.

The alcove would be a great spot for a home office.
This neutral pallet works with any decor.
Love everything about this kitchen.
Trey ceiling are very popular in newer manufactured homes.
So much curb appeal.

1998 Double Wide is Gorgeous

Our next find has three bedroom and 2 baths and is listed for $345,000. This open floor plan home features vaulted ceilings, and lots of windows providing tons of natural light. Spacious updated kitchen with newer appliances, and two living rooms. Master suite offers a generous sized closet, bathroom w/double sinks, soaking tub & walk-in shower.

We have mixed feelings about the archway.

1993 Three Bedroom is a Slice of Heaven

Our final home is an example of how much potential there is to be found when adding extra space to your mobile home. With three beds and 2.5 baths, this home is a triple wide with over 2100 square feet with an asking price of $520,000.
