One of our favorite things to feature is a remodel. So, when our friend Steve shared a 1976 single wide on his Facebook page that had been completely rehabbed we couldn’t wait to show our readers. The single wide was completely gutted and rebuilt into a whole new home. Let’s take a look.

The best part about this completely rehabbed1976 single wide home is that it has been priced very affordably at $79,000.
Now let’s take a look at some of the great remodeling ideas that the owners took advantage of during this rehab.
There is much more to love about this home, including the recessed lighting, the wiring for the tv mounts on the wall to save space, and the many upgrades to the kitchen.
