Our first find is this 1974 double wide that we came across while researching for our upcoming post about what you need to know when buying a mobile home in Oklahoma. Take a look at the listing:

We found our next manufactured home while looking for a something a little more economical but also showed the unlimited potential that can be found in mobile homes. Located in New York and listed for $49,900 this is what is include in the listing:

Beautifully maintained 3-bedroom 2-bathroom. It has two skylights, laundry room, ceiling fans in each room, DVD players in two bedrooms, a microwave oven, dishwasher, and storage shed. Even better, it’s in a perfect location on a dead-end quiet street with a beautiful lot and neighbors only on one side. The parking area fits three cars. *Lot fee is only $490 a month. MUST SEE TO FULLY APPRECIATE THIS GREAT HOME!

These homeowners managed to create a great look without overwhelming any of the spaces in the home. From the retro look furniture in the living room to the simple pieces in the bedroom, this single wide is quite a show-stopper.

Our last find comes from our own Facebook Group, Mobile Home Living: Remodels and Repairs. The 1964 double-wide located in Long Beach, CA in a 55+ community and is for sale by owner for $187,000 with a lot rent of $1500.

As you can see, the homeowners used a cool colors and comfy pieces throughout the home to create a coastal feel. We especially love the use of the rugs to pull the different areas together.
