1985 Double Wide is a Bargain

This 2 Bedroom/2 Bath mobile home is a steal at $18,500. It includes 2 sunrooms and has been recently updated with tons of new updates.

The only updates we can see that might be in order would be some new flooring. Finding a home with unpainted paneling is fairly rare. I think paneling isgreat – I’d probably leave one wall with and paint the other 3.

The lot rent/ HOA fee is $760, which includes water sewer, garbage, fire rescue, and taxes.

Huge living room.
An update to the lighting would be an easy way to change the look of this bedroom.
Wallpaper would have to go.
Carports are a staple in most florida homes.

Farmhouse Style Double Wide Wows

Our final home isn’t quite like any of the others we have shared today. With a price tag of a whopping $110,000, this home has been completely renovated in the popular farmhouse decor style. Here’s the listing:

Beautiful 55+ Community 2 bed 2 baths fully renovated, completely renovated in Farmhouse style, butcher block, and granite countertop, white shaker cabinets, floating shelves in the kitchen, modern Pendant lightings, brick wall bathrooms, grey and white bathroom shaker cabinets, modern furniture, wood flooring, renovated Florida Room; furnished, light gray painted walls, walk-in closets, all new appliances, inside-outside porches, huge laundry room and storage room, clubhouse side, NO land Rent, HOA $225 monthly which includes water, maintenance, basic cable service.

Take a look at this beauty!

We are a big fan of pendant lighting.
Butcher block counter tops!
This mobile home is a beauty.
Even the built-in has been updated.
The brick makes a nice backdrop.
What’s a florida home without some palm trees?

As you can see from the listings we shared today, lot rent in most senior parks across Florida is somewhere in the range of $500-600, which typically includes most of the basic utilities and use of the amenities that the community offers. Although a little steep, if you can find a home that’s a bargain, it may be well worth the investment for the perks that come with community living.
