I applaud the owner for doing it, too. Being unique is great for that business. It’s as cheerful as it is memorable. It screams fun and carefree and it’s gotta keep you from taking life to seriously. A weekend in this setting is sure to make the blues go away.

She has been featured in Huntington Post. Her unique, one of a kind pieces of wearable art, furnishings, shoes, accessories, and art have an ever-growing following. Her projects have ranged from studios to cars and now, this single wide manufactured home.

Okay, one word- Funky! But funky good. Due to our pocket book my wife and I have turned a number of "sow's" ears into silk purses. Always small homes and usually in a country style. But we could live very easily in something like this far out pad. (Sorry. Just had to throw that in.) In 1969 I moved to San Diego county at the height of the hippie era and at one of the two hippie "hot spots" in the country. Of course most button down types frowned on everything they did, I always thought they at least had part of it right. I'm so glad that people are finally coming to the conclusion that big and expensive isn't always the answer and much of the time only serves to frustrate folks. It's great to see folks living in homes the way THEY want them to look and not what the "norm" calls for.

Hi Freddie! Thanks for commenting! I couldn't agree more with you! I'm loving how the tides have turned and what was once stigmatized is more accepted these days. This is especially the case with mobile and manufactured homes and small homes. It's good to be different :)
