I purchased 4 acres of rural land in Nassau County. Florida for 30 grand. I paid cash. There was a free 1973 mobile home on this property that looked like it came from a third world country. A young contractor volunteered to fix it for 20 grand. It was high, but we went for it. He made it liveable and comfortable as a weekend escape from the stress of Jacksonville. It is not fancy, but it is relaxed and fun. Your mag has taught me a great deal about our place, and I really appreciate you. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work!
