This month we are sharing our top single wide home finds as we head into Fall. Our homes all come from the Facebook Group Manufactured Housing and our friend Steve who has found some great single wides all across the country.

Single Wide Home in Illinois is a Steal

If you love an open floor plan and a bargain, this is 2 bedroom/1 bath home is just what you are looking for. At $5,000 this recently remodeled home has new floors, lighting and looks like it’s gotten a new coat of paint. We especially like the whitewashed accent walls in the living room and bath.

So much open space.

Although older, this exterior looks well maintained.

Tennessee Single Wide Home Just Needs a Little Love

This larger 3 bedroom/2 bath single wide home for $22,500 looks to be in good shape, just a little dated. A fresh coat of paint to cover up that wallpaper board that so many 2000 model homes had, and an update to the flooring and this home is ready to go.

Our final single wide home find this month is a beautiful 2 bed/1 bath home for $24,500. According to the listing:

This 14×70 2 bedroom has been remodeled like no other. The extra-large Kitchen comes with new stainless steel refrigerator, an island stove, wall oven, and built-in microwave. The cabinets have been refinished in a harbor grey and set off nicely with white countertops. A breakfast nook separates the kitchen from the living room with a beautiful view of the large fireplace. The Master bedroom is very spacious with built-in floor to ceiling lighted headboard, fireplace entertainment center, 50″ big screen TV, and a walk-in closet. Home comes with a newer metal roof, new hot water heater, new central air/ heating unit, washer/dryer, and all new tile and carpet.
