This stunning 1974 manufactured home in California’s exclusive Point Dume community is a show-stopper. With its amazing views and open floor plan, it’s no wonder the home sold for a whopping 2.5 Million! We did find a little to share for this particular home; the home was listed and sold in June 2013 for $275,000. At that time, it only had two bedrooms and two baths, and the listing shared that there was room to expand, which, at some point, an owner took advantage of and added a bedroom and two baths.

Manufactured homes in communities such as Point Dume are always great for us to share. Not only does it show the unlimited potential that can be found in manufactured homes, but it also helps to remove the stigmas that have long been associated with mobile homes and mobile home parks.
