2 Bedroom/1 Bath With an Updated Interior for $34,500

This is one of our favorite of this month’s exceptional mobile homes. Located in Pennsylvania and featuring finished drywall and an open floor plan, this is a great example of the potential in mobile homes. There are also new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and recessed lighting. There’s even a separate laundry room which is a great selling point when looking at smaller mobile homes.

Finished drywall updates this home.
Love the new cabinets.
Stainless steel appliances add to the value of the home.
It even has it’s own laundry room.
Transom windows add natural light without taking up valuable wall space.

Completely Redone Mobile Home for $59,900

When you look inside this 1 bedroom/1 bath home located in Connecticut, you won’t even believe it’s a mobile home. This gorgeous home features a spacious open floor plan and a long list of updates that include:

  • New Siding
  • Updated doors, roof, and flooring
  • New Windows
  • As well as updates to the electrical, plumbing, even insulation

The kitchen is the star of the home with its herringbone backsplash, custom open-shelving, stainless steel appliances, and a large pantry. We love the work that went into this remodel!

Pops of color can be found throughout the home.

Check out those wooden shutters.

Fully Remodeled Mobile Home for $67,500

This fully remodeled 2 bedroom/1 bath home located in California, has been completely remodeled both inside and out. The upgrades include new paint and drywall, updated floors, new cabinets, and granite countertops. The owners also updated the landscaping and added porches to the front and back.

The entire space flows together with this flooring.
Grey is still a hot color for kitchen cabinets.
Textured walls look nicely in the bath.

3 Bedroom/2 Bath for only $9,200

Located in Kansas, this updated single wide is a steal. Fresh paint and flooring along with updates to the baths were simple ways to make this older single-wide like new. Looks like the original cabinetry in the kitchen, however, it would be easy to update them if so desired. Also, the lighting could use some freshening up, but that is also an easy way to change the look of the home. With that low sale price, you could easily do some simple upgrades to add even more value to the home.

A step down living room was a popular feature in older mobile homes.
The choice of darker flooring compliments the cabinets nicely.
Fresh coat of paint and new flooring made this look brand new.
Huge bay window.

As you can see, these 5 exceptional mobile homes are located all over the country, from Connecticut to California. Some of the updates were as simple as a fresh coat of paint, while others were completely redone from the walls to the floors. It always amazes us to see what homeowners can do with mobile homes and the unlimited potential that they have. We hope you loved that as much as we did!
