Located in an all-ages park in Idaho, this 2 bedroom/2 bath single wide offers a split bedroom floor plan, with simple updates such as fresh paint inside and out as well as updated flooring, this home offers plenty of storage and a new metal roof. The lot rent is $695 which is about average for the area.

This is one of our favorite of this month’s exceptional mobile homes. Located in Pennsylvania and featuring finished drywall and an open floor plan, this is a great example of the potential in mobile homes. There are also new kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and recessed lighting. There’s even a separate laundry room which is a great selling point when looking at smaller mobile homes.
Completely Redone Mobile Home for $59,900
When you look inside this 1 bedroom/1 bath home located in Connecticut, you won’t even believe it’s a mobile home. This gorgeous home features a spacious open floor plan and a long list of updates that include:

- Updated doors, roof, and flooring
- New Windows
- As well as updates to the electrical, plumbing, even insulation
The kitchen is the star of the home with its herringbone backsplash, custom open-shelving, stainless steel appliances, and a large pantry. We love the work that went into this remodel!

This fully remodeled 2 bedroom/1 bath home located in California, has been completely remodeled both inside and out. The upgrades include new paint and drywall, updated floors, new cabinets, and granite countertops. The owners also updated the landscaping and added porches to the front and back.
3 Bedroom/2 Bath for only $9,200
Located in Kansas, this updated single wide is a steal. Fresh paint and flooring along with updates to the baths were simple ways to make this older single-wide like new. Looks like the original cabinetry in the kitchen, however, it would be easy to update them if so desired. Also, the lighting could use some freshening up, but that is also an easy way to change the look of the home. With that low sale price, you could easily do some simple upgrades to add even more value to the home.
As you can see, these 5 exceptional mobile homes are located all over the country, from Connecticut to California. Some of the updates were as simple as a fresh coat of paint, while others were completely redone from the walls to the floors.
