Paradise Cove has long been known for its high-end mobile homes as well as its high-profile residents. With its many amenities and its close proximity to the beach, we can see why

We couldn’t wait to share Pamela Anderson’s Malibu Double Wide because it is a beautiful example of the beautiful potential that all factory-built homes have.

The updated mobile home is located inside the upscale Paradise Cove mobile home community and was last listed for sale at a whopping $1.75 Million!

Stunning is Just One Word that Describes this Pamela Anderson’s Malibu Double Wide

With its corner fireplace, French doors opening to the patio, and open floor plan, this is a stunning example of the unlimited potential of a mobile home. Recessed lighting has been added to the living area as well as both bedrooms, and the kitchen was completely redone with new cabinetry as well as a custom backsplash.

Stylishly decorated with a boho beachy feel, the interior feels light and bright but still has that cozy ‘home’feel.

The home features 2 bedrooms, 1 3/4 baths and a detached art studio on the lot.

The images we found are from Pamela Anderson’s listing and new buyer’s interview on various blogs. Both sets show a colorful, yet minimal, home that’s been updated structurally with numerous manufactured home improvements and stylish design.

Both the bedrooms are roomy and the master appears to have plenty of closet space as well. The second bedroom features plank board walls and a double/twin built in bed setup.

The master bath includes a soaker tub as well as a frameless shower. However, the his and her vanity is the star of the room. Rather than the typical drop in sinks most homes have, two modern vessel sinks sit atop the countertop to complete the updated bathroom look.

A Peek at the Ocean Awaits

The Malibu double wide sits on a corner lot that includes a nice area for entertaining, a sunken hot tub, and even a spot for your surfboard, with the ocean only a short walk away. Although the deck isn’t covered, luckily the weather in California typically doesn’t make that a requirement for a night of entertaining.

We know these aren’t your typical mobile homes, with their high price tags they definitely aren’t in most people’s budgets. However, it is great to see that mobile homes can have just as much, if not more, value than a stick-built home. It’s the renovation and decorating styles that we love the most here on Mobile Home Living.
