We are always looking for great mobile homes that have been remodeled that we can share with you. And, this fully renovated single wide is definitely one worth sharing.

Our buddy Steve, a contributor here at Mobile Home Living and expert on all things mobile home, recently shared it on his page Manufactured Housing and we wanted to share it with our readers as well.

This particular single wide sits in Cataret Mobile Home Park in New Jersey. They appear to be one of three mobile home communities in New Jersey that are owned by one particular company, Dolan Homes. From what we can see from their site they appear to be working towards the same goal as we are here at Mobile Home Living, to remove the stigma of mobile homes being only for the poor and to improve how the public views mobile home communities in general.

As you can see by the photos, the home was being shown during the Holiday season and was decorated as such. It has already sold, with an asking price of $65,000. There are so many things to love just from the photos that we can see. Especially if you are looking for a “new to you” home that requires no updating.

This fully renovated single wide includes all new kitchen cabinets, with tons of storage and light colored walls that will go with any decorating style you have in mind.

Recently, we have noticed an increasing trend in using videos as a tool to help sell homes. It’s a way to see features of a property that you might not be able to see in pictures. For instance, we really wanted to see what the bathroom looked like and there weren’t any images of it. However, with the addition of the video, we were able to get a feel for the entire mobile home.
