It’s never too hard to find a few beautiful bargain mobile homes for sale on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace. These just happen to be our favorites for May 2019. What makes these homes even more special is their price: all 7 mobile homes cost less than $30,000!
Special thanks to our friend Steve for sharing these homes on his facebook page Manufactured Housing and Mobile Homes.
Our first find is this absolutely gorgeous 1984 single wide in South Carolina. Listed on the Facebook marketplace for $18,000 the listing states that the home includes all appliances, furniture, and the A/C system. It will, however, need to be moved.
There are so many things to love about the interior of this home. For example, the floor and ceiling molding dress up the entire home. Also, using the same color scheme throughout the home adds a cozy and inviting feel. This is a perfect example of what potential can be found in older mobile homes.
When first starting out, money can be tight. That’s why this 1992 Kentuckian single for $15,000 is such a bargain. Located in North Carolina, the listing says the home has custom cabinets in the kitchen and laundry room as well as new tile and a gorgeous rock surround for the tub. There is also new flooring that hasn’t been installed for the kitchen and living room that is included with the home (although from the pictures the flooring looks fine). You can read more about the home in the listing.
This home is also one that will need to be moved. But, if you own your own piece of land have a lot in a community this a great investment.
This bargain mobile home was recently sold but it was just too good not to share. The original posting for this 1990 Henderson single wide lists the home at $30,000 and states that it is located in a mobile home community in VA with a very affordable lot rent of $250.
Just a few of the updates that have been completed include new electrical, drywall throughout, insulation added under the home, and new windows. One of our favorite features of this home, the kitchen! The copper backsplash combines with updated cabinets and countertops to make the most of the small kitchen.

We found this 2012 single wide in Georgia and listed for $28,500. It looks to be untouched since it first came off the lot. Whether you are looking for an inexpensive mobile home that doesn’t need any work, or you are looking for something that you can personalize this home is a great option. Like the others, it will need to be moved.
