Our first hot double wide is a 1993 model with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The owners have replaced all the flooring throughout, as well as updated the appliances and bathrooms. There’s even an enclosed breezeway that leads to a 2.5 car garage. Talk about a deal!

Rustic Double Wide in Mississippi for $155,000
This 2001 3 bedroom and 2 bath mobile home is a little pricier than what we would usually share, however, it was just too nice to pass up. Take a look at this listing:

If an open floor plan is what you are looking for then this 4 bedroom double wide with two baths is perfect for you. A 2016 model with plenty of natural light and a family room as well as a separate living room. Fresh paint, new carpet, and recessed lighting in the living areas complete the look.
Move-In Ready Double Wide in New Jersey for $119,999
There is so much to love about this 2005 double wide with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Not only is it move-in ready, but it also sits lakeside with an awesome view. There’s also a large eat-in kitchen that has been upgraded with lots of cabinets for storage, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that is open into the family room. Mobile homes wouldn’t have an apartment attached. However, you can always add a separate addition for that.
