The sink in the bedroom is a bit odd but it puts the term master suite on a whole new level.
I think the exterior is the real star for this home. I’m in awe of the color combination – I would have never thought those two colors would work so well together.

I’m always a little leary of any listing that has the as-is disclaimer, especially after so many things were replaced. Still, this home is a stunner.
Look at that ceiling! The end living room is perfect
Mobile homes in the 1970s had lots of builtin cabinets. The carpenter did a masterful job of recreating a typical mobile home builtin but gave it a site-built look.

This little carousel style kitchen has a great layout.
I love the muted colors on the exterior. It blends in well with the surroundings but isn’t getting lost. The darker gray trim helps add a little depth and dimension to the metal siding.
Must-See Single Wide for $49K
The wood trim throughout this next house is a real winner in my book. I love natural wood elements in a home. In my opinion, it adds a warmth that no other element can add.
The listing for the home:
Older but very sturdy 14×70 mobile home. 2 beds 1 bath, open living, and dining area. Spacious and comfortable. Nice addition sun room, den, office, or third bedroom. Storage shed with the a fenced-in area. No grass to care for, forested setting. Nice perennial thriving freshly planted flower bed. Must pass a background check, and age 55+ court. must apply with management.
The lot rent is $395 and includes water, sewer, and garbage. Nice, a quiet court with friendly neighbors who keep to themselves for the most part and are quiet. No barking dogs. Inside cats only (although I sure see a lot of cats there lol).
Close to Costco, Wal-mart, Lowes, Home Depot, and several restaurants, yet in a quiet residential area near the interstate. Updated kitchen and bath, done with quality and detail in mind, it’s a must-see. Well worth the $49K, old strong bones with a new beautiful remodel. It’s in Valley Breeze Mobile Home Village, Spokane Valley #128.
The kitchen is original but has had a complete makeover. I love the builtin cabinets with glass doors. It separates the two living spaces while allowing a full line of sight.

As always, thank you for reading Mobile Home Living!
I am looking for a single wide mobile home – either used or new. I would prefer a Senior
Park, allowing an indoor only Kitty and Doxie. I currently live in a double wide Mobile Home
in Califiornia. I want to move back with some of my family but it seems it might be too hard
to find a Single Wide Home in their Parks – at least that is what I was advised by one Park
Manager. California is too expensive – I do live in a nice area at present. I tried leaving my email lavernebarbara@verizon but it did not seem to take. I want to put my home up for
sale, perhaps in January 2020. I want to live in Michigan if possible. I prefer living in a
small town. Any suggestions?????
Hi Barabara,
Hopefully another reader can recommend a good park for you. You’ll probably have the best luck looking on Craigslist and Zillow. Best of luck!
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU GAVE THE LOCATION AND PRICE. rae
