This single wide is a perfect bachelor pad!

Both the interior and exterior of this great single wide has been updated in a modern minimalist style.

Living Room

The living room is perfectly simple. The owner took advantage of the open floor plan and kept the interior decor simple – letting the home’s features take precedence.

A large mirror is used to help make the space seem larger – it’s a trick that interior designers use all the time.

Kitchen

The kitchen is awesome! Perfectly styled with simple, yet useful, decor. The island and overhead pot rack is perfect to help a smaller space seem larger and add additional storage,

All the cabinetry has been painted a bright white that helps open the space up. The black countertop visually grounds the space and adds contrast.

This is one beautiful kitchen!

Master Bedroom

Simple, uncluttered, and peaceful. Everything you want a bedroom to be!

Bathroom

I love this bathroom! The stained glass is beautiful and a great way to keep the privacy but still allow ample light.

Below you can see the laundry area in the hallway, outside the bathroom. The black and white checkered board flooring is awesome!

2nd Bedroom Used as Bike Shop

This home has it all, even its own bike shop!

The blue ceiling is a great example of using color! You can paint the ceiling in your mobile home and not make it look like a cave, it actually helps draw the eye up, which makes a room appear taller!

What a great home! You can find more information on this single wide at Trulia.com.
