This single wide is a perfect bachelor pad!
Both the interior and exterior of this great single wide has been updated in a modern minimalist style.
Living Room
The living room is perfectly simple. The owner took advantage of the open floor plan and kept the interior decor simple – letting the home’s features take precedence.
A large mirror is used to help make the space seem larger – it’s a trick that interior designers use all the time.
Kitchen
The kitchen is awesome! Perfectly styled with simple, yet useful, decor. The island and overhead pot rack is perfect to help a smaller space seem larger and add additional storage,
All the cabinetry has been painted a bright white that helps open the space up. The black countertop visually grounds the space and adds contrast.
This is one beautiful kitchen!
Master Bedroom
Simple, uncluttered, and peaceful. Everything you want a bedroom to be!
Bathroom
I love this bathroom! The stained glass is beautiful and a great way to keep the privacy but still allow ample light.
Below you can see the laundry area in the hallway, outside the bathroom. The black and white checkered board flooring is awesome!
2nd Bedroom Used as Bike Shop
This home has it all, even its own bike shop!
The blue ceiling is a great example of using color! You can paint the ceiling in your mobile home and not make it look like a cave, it actually helps draw the eye up, which makes a room appear taller!
What a great home! You can find more information on this single wide at Trulia.com.

I would really like to remodel my mom’s mobile house like this, it’s very similar. Can you please give me a list of all the materials used?
Crystal Adkins
I can’t give you a complete list but it looks like a complete gut and remodel was done. Sheetrock, trim, paint, flooring, windows, and siding seem to be the most prominent updates.

This is exactly my floorplan with one or two differences. Mine is a one bedroom. But my question is where can I find some of the products used in the remodels. For example I would love to do my windows as they are in this remodel. Would love to know where the shades were purchased. My window is one large blind which I do not find appealing.
Crystal Adkins
Hi Marissa!
The wooden shades used in the living room are pretty expensive but they make any room look great! You’ll want to go to Lowe’s or Home Depot in the wallpaper and shade section. They can help you pick out the shades or interior shutters that you want and get the right sizes ordered. I’ve even seen signs where they offer installation if you spend a certain amount. Here’s a link to Lowe’s interior shutters: http://www.lowes.com/pl/Interior-shutters-Blinds-window-treatments-Home-decor/4294830396
The window ‘shades’ in this single wide’s kitchen is just clear acrylic sheets that’s been sanded a bit (I think) and attached to the wall with some nice hardware.
Best of luck! Thanks for reading MHL!
