There is so much to love about this 1964 mobile home! The owners were able to keep so much of the original charm that can only be found in older homes and still modernize the space. Located in one of the most popular communities in California, Safari Park, the home also has one of the most reasonable price tags we have seen for the area.

Small But Inviting

You would never know by looking at the inside of this charming home that it’s only a little over 600 square feet of space. New ceilings, walls, and recessed lighting are just the beginning of this home’s transformation.

There is no doubt that furniture placement can be a struggle in smaller homes. It’s so important not to overwhelm the space, but the sectional fits perfectly and allows for plenty of sitting room.

It’s amazing what pops of color can do to brighten up a home.

The white cabinets and subway tile backsplash give this kitchen a light and bright look. The dining room has the original built-ins and the addition of some really cool pendant lighting over the table.

Love how this kitchen looks so together.
The light flooring compliments the color scheme of the home.

Although the bedroom is small there is still plenty of space to move around. A tilting tv wall mount solves the issue of where to put the tv.

One of the biggest obstacles homeowners in mobile home communities have is the lack of outdoor space available. However, with the addition of the concrete patio to this 1964 mobile home, there is plenty of room for outdoor entertaining.
