This stunning 1974 manufactured home in California’s exclusive Point Dume community is a show-stopper. With its amazing views and open floor plan, it’s no wonder the home sold for a whopping 2.5 Million! At that time, it only had two bedrooms and two baths, and the listing shared that there was room to expand, which, at some point, an owner took advantage of and added a bedroom and two baths.

Manufactured homes in communities such as Point Dume are always great for us to share.
