First up we have the Zion. This 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home has a price range of $132,000-$167,000 (this doesn’t include setup or delivery) and is found mainly in the Texas area.

The design style of this luxury double wide could best be described as contemporary farmhouse. Its open layout is full of farmhouse charm, but also includes plenty of pops of color throughout. The St. Croix offers over 2200 square feet of living space and has a starting price in the $140,000 before delivery and setup. Also, this home is offered in several parts of the United States, from Ohio to Alabama and as far west as Illinois.

If you aren’t a fan of the open layout concept that is so popular today, this design is perfect for you. With both a living room and a family room plus a nice size foyer leading into the home, this layout offers more of a stick-built home feel than a typical mobile home design usually offers.

Our final find today comes from Jacoben Homes in the Florida area. Although there was no listed price, we would say this almost 2500 square foot, 4 bedroom/3 bath home would definitely start in the $140’s if not more.

There is a lot to love about this particular luxury double wide, starting with its great use of space. Not only does it have 4 bedrooms, it also has a play room/office space as well as a retreat located in the master bedroom that is almost the same size as the bedroom itself. Add to that the 3 bathrooms and this is a dream home for a larger family.
