As we head into Spring we are sharing these 5 classy mobile homes we found for sale this month. Located across the country, these homes are all unique in their own way, and just like stick-built homes, their prices have definitely gone up recently.
Keep in mind, these homes were available at publication, but we can’t guarantee they will be available for long.
A Hidden Gem in Alabama
Our first home is a 2002 double wide renovated from the studs up. Listed at $195,000, this home includes over 2000 square feet and over 2 acres of land. The home boasts a flowy open floor plan with beautiful quartz countertops in the kitchen and both baths. We are also loving the wood beam look in the open living space.
Spacious and Modern Remodeled Home in Florida
This 1980 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Home for $63,900 has been tastefully updated with new flooring and kitchen cabinets while keeping some of its original 80s charms. The home is full of natural light with bay windows covering one wall. There’s also an additional sunroom to enjoy those Florida evenings. Part of the double wide paneling has been painted, while other parts are still the original light-colored. The homeowners have completed several updates to the property, although there are still more that could be done if a new owner felt like taking them on.

Although the home hasn’t had many interior updates, the bones of the home have been recently upgraded and the home is very lovely. Unless a new owner wanted to there really wouldn’t be any need to do any immediate remodeling at the time of purchase.
Recently Updated Home in Delaware
Plenty of natural light floods this newly renovated 2002 3 bedroom/2 bath home that is listed for $264,900. Fresh paint and new flooring complete the look. The owners also added a wrap-around deck which makes it a perfect spot for entertaining since the home is located waterfront of Rehoboth Bay.
Well Maintained Home in Oregon
The last of our classy mobile homes is a very well-maintained and updated 1998 mobile home in Oregon listed for $295,000. Some of the features include:
- laminate flooring
- upgraded appliances and pulls
- updated baths
- new paint in and out
- exposed ceiling beams
- crown moldings
We have to say we do have a few questions about this home. For example, usually, if walls are painted there is some continuity as to what they paint. However, as you can see below, that isn’t the case. It’s a little odd, but it kinda works! Also, the kitchen has clearly been updated, but the lighting clearly needs an upgrade. All in all, though, the homeowners did a great job with this mobile home.
Looking for homes to share each month has to be one of our favorite pastimes. And, it was really tough to narrow down our list this month to just 5 classy mobile homes as there are so many awesome ones to choose from online these days, all with great features to offer. One of our favorites this month had to be the charming double wide in Arizona that is still full of most of its original features and has been so well maintained that it is move-in ready.
As always, thank you for reading Mobile Home Living®.
