These days you can find just about anything you are looking to buy on sites like Facebook marketplace. However, this month’s 5 remodeled mobile homes were all shared with us from our friend Steve at Manufactured Housing and Mobile Homes Facebook group. He scours the internet for cool homes for sale and we are lucky enough that he shares them with us! If you haven’t checked out his group be sure to give it a look. And don’t forget Mobile Home Living has its own group for mobile homeowners on Facebook as well, with currently over 22 Thousand Members!
Just a reminder, although these homes were available online at publication, the links may not still be available as homes are sold quickly!

Mobile Home in Florida for $19,500
Of all of this month’s remodeled mobile homes that are for sale this month, this one has to be our favorite. And boy is it a steal! This home is turnkey and even comes furnished. It features a large kitchen with new upgraded countertops and bay windows to offer plenty of natural light. Beautiful subway tile updates both the bathrooms. Finally, the screened-in lanai is attached to the master bedroom which provides additional living space.

Texas Single Wide for $30,000
Our final listing of this month’s remodeled mobile homes for sale is located in an all-ages mobile home community owned by YES Communities. It has been fully remodeled with new paint, carpet, and trim throughout the house. The only other update that might be needed would be to upgrade the skirting to something more appealing.
It was really tough this month to narrow down our search to only 5 remodeled mobile homes that are for sale. There’s definitely no shortage of great homes to go around. And there’s definitely no shortage of innovative owners who can create beautiful spaces out of homes that were outdated.

As always we thank you for reading Mobile Home Living.
We can now say with certainty that grey is the single most over used color of the last five years.
I’d pay extra to have these and not remuddled actually.
Nice enough, yes, clean and fresh, yes, but damn, people, there are other colors out there.
It is sad that there seems to be so much stigma attached to living in a mobile home. They old trailer parks of years ago gave them a bad name and it’s a shame because it is such affordable housing. Many of them are nicer than a lot of stick built homes. Love these 5. It would be hard to pick just five.
