This month we travel to Texas where we are sharing 5 stunning manufactured homes listed for sale. It wasn’t easy to narrow it down to just 5, there were almost 3000 homes listed on the Realtor site when we were researching this article. From fixer-uppers to homes that are completely remodeled or brand new, the options are endless.

The first home we came across is a 4-bedroom that is listed for $289,900. Beautifully remodeled, it most definitely meets the standard for a stunning manufactured home.

3 Bedroom is Full of Potential

The listing for this 3 bedroom didn’t include the year, but there doesn’t appear to have been changes made to its original features other than some flooring in the main living areas and a nice white coat of paint throughout the home. Listed for $145,000 this manufactured home is full of potential. The only update that would be needed before moving in would be replacing the carpet in the bedrooms, with any other projects easily completed while living in the home. This makes it a great buy for someone who is looking to bring their own personal style to a home.
