I love the white one! I love white everything! All my furniture and walls are white except kitchen is all oak and the trim in the house is oak.

Wow, fanTAStic kitchen!! I might have made an offer if not for the lot rent, and that we don’t play golf or tennis, which the rent subsidizes. Keeping these ideas for another home, though! I agree with Shirlee about replacing the carpet. At least it doesn’t have those ubiquitous Home Depot beige tiles! I’ve researched ways to cover those and it can be done with floating floors, a fairly cheap and easy DIY.
Beautiful home, definitely made for entertaining with the open floor plan and outdoor spaces. I think I’d be spending a lot of my time on a lounge chair enjoying the California sunshine and views, especially since there’s not much to do inside as far as reno’s go. The only thing I’d do is rip out the LR carpet and replace it with wood.

Wow, this is great. The kitchen in my new DW has white cabinets and appliances, so I can get more inspiration from this kitchen…. I’m thinking white marble counters. Keeping all the photos for further decorating ideas. I love this house. Thanks for posting it.
