1976 Single Wide Gets a Complete Rehab

One of our favorite things to feature is a remodel. So, when our friend Steve shared a 1976 single wide on his Facebook page that had been completely rehabbed we couldn’t wait to show our readers. The single wide was completely gutted and rebuilt into a whole new home. Let’s take a look.

Custom 3 Bedroom/1 Bath

Here’s the listing on Zillow:

3 bedroom, 1 bath home was completely gutted and built as new 2 years ago. Roof, windows, flooring, sound proof insulation, exterior camera system, kitchen… all new new new! Property features a tankless hot water heater, custom bathroom with beautiful tile work. Kitchen features granite countertops, farm house sink, custom flooring and stainless steel appliances and beautiful bay window. All appliances stay including washer and dryer!! The house is wired for TV mounts throughout and features custom painting and picture box trim work. This home is truly custom and stunning! Lot rent is $636 per month which includes water and sewer usage charges.

The best part about this completely rehabbed1976 single wide home is that it has been priced very affordably at $79,000.

Now let’s take a look at some of the great remodeling ideas that the owners took advantage of during this rehab.

1976 single wide sitting room
The arch window allows extra lighting without worrying about privacy.
Crown molding dresses up a room without breaking the bank.
Would love to get a better look at those shower tiles.
1976 single wide exterior
The only thing this home needs is some curb side landscaping.

There is much more to love about this home, including the recessed lighting, the wiring for the tv mounts on the wall to save space, and the many upgrades to the kitchen. We hope you have enjoyed this 1976 single wide remodel as much as we have and we would love to hear your thoughts about the home. Comment below and let us know what you like or don’t like about the project. And, don’t forget, if you find a remodel you think our readers would enjoy please share it with us, it might just be our next feature!

As always, thank you for reading Mobile Home Living®.
