Every month we scour the internet to find mobile homes to share with you. This month we thought we would share 5 manufactured homes with additions for sale that we found online. Some are just basic additions, others make us wonder where the manufactured home ends and the addition begins.

Keep in mind, that these homes were available at publication, but may not be available for long.

Charming 3 Bedroom in Texas

The only thing that gives this home away as a 1984 manufactured home might be some of the wallboards in parts of the home. Other than that it’s hard to tell where the mobile home starts and the addition begins. Listed for $250,000, this 3 bedroom/2 bath home is full of custom wood features that make this home a rustic masterpiece.

Massive 6 Bedroom in Georgia

With an asking price of $299,900 the listing for this 1993 manufactured home with addition says it all:

This home consists of approximately 2600 sq ft of living space, covered front porch, above ground pool and plenty of room for guest and family to enjoy! All the bedrooms are great size, features two living rooms, kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, addition was recently added with bathroom, 2 bedrooms and wet bar. New HVAC system installed in 2021 and so much more!

This 2000 manufactured home has a listing price of $270,000 and has a very nice sized addition with other updates that include:

  • New flooring throughout
  • oversized kitchen comes with a custom butcher block counter top, shiplap backsplash, double sink and an eat-in breakfast nook
  • New carpet
  • New paint throughout

With over 2300 square feet of living space, and a split floor plan, this would be a perfect setup for a family.

Rustic 3 Bedroom in Missouri

Manufactured homes with additions can serve many different purposes. The listing of this 1999 mobile home states that it includes an addition of a bonus room that is perfect for entertaining and a master suite. Priced at $249,900 this home has a great rustic look.

Less is always more when it comes to furniture in smaller rooms.
The stone backsplash is a nice touch.
There is so much to love about this property.

Open Concept 3 Bedroom in Maine

Our last home includes a smaller addition that fits the need for more family space. A bonus famly room added to the back of the home completes this 2004 manufactured home. Listed for $209,000, this home has had a some updates but cosmetically is looks pretty much like it did when purchased. This would make it a perfect project home for someone who has the time. Fresh paint, new flooring, and some updated lighting might be a good starting point.

The split floor plan is common in many double wides.
Nice size room for family time.
You can never have too many cabinets.
Some landscape will complete this home.
