Spring is in the air, and there seems to be a ton of mobile homes for sale online. Everyone seems to have the moving bug! So, of course, we have been scouring the internet looking for mobile homes for sale this Spring that we love that we can share with you. Whether it be for remodeling tips that rock or just because they are downright amazing, we enjoy looking at the images and sharing them with you all. 3 Bedroom Mobile Home For Sale in Wisconsin for $45,000
Our first find is a 1980 Hollypark mobile home. If you love built-ins, then you will love this home! It also has a huge wrap-around deck that is perfect for entertaining. This is the ideal home if you are looking for a classic look that would need minimal remodeling. Or, if you would like a remodeling project this mobile home seems only to need some cosmetic work, such as a fresh coat of paint if you aren’t a fan of paneling. Home is sold.

This mobile home located in a 55+ mobile home park looks to be a snowbird lover’s dream. Completely remodeled and even partially furnished. This is just the kind of place we hope to find when we are ready to retire and head South. This home is gorgeous, from the impressive backsplash in the kitchen to the wainscoting throughout the home, whoever did this remodel did a great job. Check it out! Home is sold.

2 Bedroom Mobile Home in Idaho for Only $11,995
If you are looking for a turn key home without spending a ton of money, then this is the kind of home you want to look for. This 1971 Sahara mobile home has been stripped down all the way to the studs and completely remodeled both inside and out. It sets in a mobile home park, and according to the listing, it must stay there. Home is sold.

We are seeing a growing trend of mobile home parks taking homes that need work and remodeling them to sell inside the park. We even featured a mobile home recently that showed just how much potential could be found in a mobile home if you use a little imagination and a lot of hard work. This is a great way to grow a mobile home park community. It also helps to remove the stigma that surrounds mobile homes as being worn out trailers.
3 Bedroom Single Wide in Mississippi for $49,900
We love this 2017 Fleetwood mobile home that we found in the Facebook marketplace. This is a perfect example of the quality of mobile home you can find without breaking the bank. Our favorite feature of this home? The massive island in the kitchen. Not only does it provide extra counter space it offers a nice place for a quick bite with the ledge around the island. This is one of our favorite mobile homes for sale this Spring. Home is sold.

2 Bedroom Mobile Home in Kansas for $25000
This 1994 Commodore mobile home has some excellent features that make this a gorgeous home. Such as the built-ins in the kitchen/dining room and the split floor plan. But there is also a feature that you don’t see very often in mobile homes (probably because it wasn’t something people liked) and that is the half wall in the master bedroom that separates the bedroom from what I guess would be called the dressing area before the master bath. Personally, I like this. But I also see where this could be considered a waste of space. Guess it’s all about what you are looking for. Check it out and let us know what you think. Home is sold.

These are just a handful of the mobile homes for sale this Spring that we loved. Every month it seems to get harder to narrow our search down to only a few. Have you seen a mobile home that you think we should share with our readers? Comment below and let us know, we want to hear from you!
