This month we are moving North and featuring 5 cool Canadian manufactured homes we found online. When we started our research for this month’s listings we couldn’t help but notice the prices. It turns out, according to the CBC, the median sale price of a mobile home in Vancouver was $169,950 in 2017, and it has since jumped to $327,000 100 in 2021. Comparably, in Ottawa, the median sale price for a mobile home in 2017 was $75,000, and in 2021 it increased to $160,000. So, the homes we are sharing may indeed seem a little pricier than similar homes listed in the U.S.

2008 3 Bedroom and 2 Bath Mobile Home
Our first find is located in British Columbia and is listed for $220,000. Take a look at the listing:

Tiny homes are a popular option when it comes to Canadian manufactured homes. Located in a community in British Columbia and listed for $289,000, this home has had over $30k in upgrades. These include a heat pump, stainless steel Samsung appliances, a kitchen island, subway tiled backsplash, a custom built-in wardrobe with drawers in the bedroom, a storage shed, and a spacious deck. The use of bay and transom windows, and a vaulted 9’6” ceiling, provide for ample natural light. 1999 3 Bedroom with 2 Bath
Located in Alberta and listed for $149,900 this is a super well-maintained home with an open floor plan and a nice-sized kitchen. The only updates that might be worth consideration would be possibly painting the cabinets to a more modern look.
1981 3 Bedroom Triple Wide
This gorgeous mobile home is also located in British Columbia and has a listing price of $325,000. Here’s the listing:
