Every few weeks we scour the internet looking for cheap mobile home finds that we can share with our readers. Lucky for us, we usually don’t have to look too far because our friend Steve from the Facebook Group Manufactured Housing always has a ton of cool finds that we can share.

1978 Single Wide is Move-In Ready
Today’s first cheap mobile home find is located in a 55+ community in Arizona for the low price of $11,750. The home looks to have most of its original features and has been well maintained. Light colors make the space look bigger than it’s 14×56 size and the open shelving in the kitchen adds to the small mobile home’s charm.
1995 Mobile Home is Roomy
This 16×66 2 bed/2 bath mobile home is located in Georgia and is super spacious for only $23,500. The home includes new kitchen cabinets and appliances, and some updates to part of the flooring, including the master bedroom. It also features a split floor plan with bedrooms on each end and the living room and kitchen in the middle. A fresh coat of paint, updated flooring in the rest of the home and this home would be a great first time home or retirement option.
1997 Single Wide With Unique Feature
Our next find is a 3 bedroom home located in a mobile home park in West Virginia for $21,000. This single wide has been completely remodeled and includes beautiful kitchen cabinets and countertops that are unique to a single wide home. New carpet, fresh paint, and vinyl hardwood flooring complete this interior update. Looks like the exterior has gotten a fresh coat of paint recently as well. All that’s needed is some fresh landscaping to complete the look.
1999 Single Wide Given New Life
Located in Kansas for $25,000, this is one of our favorite cheap mobile home finds this month. Take a look at the listing:
This is obviously a older single wide mobile home that is a 16×80 and is the largest one made, but has been totally remodeled inside. Has new nice thick pad and carpet never lived on. The hard wood floor that was put in is the very nice snap together kind. All the inside of the inside of the house has been painted. In the kitchen the cabinets, countertops, backsplash all redone. The kitchen stove, fridge and garbage disposal all work and are staying with the house. All the bedrooms have nice size closets.
Both bathrooms have been totally remodeled also new paint on walls, cabinets, counters redone, bath tubs both redone with the Marine paint approved for tubs and showers. The shower has also been redone in the master bathroom.
The roof has never leaked on this house but the roof will probably need done in future. The a/c is a older unit but always been taken care of properly and we haven’t had a problem with it and has blown cold air all summer with no problems! The outside of the house has been painted recently! There is also a front and back porch that stays with the house! This house is in a park but contract is up and CAN be moved if you want to!
This single wide is quite a steal!
Newer Single That Has it All
Our final mobile home this month is located in Maryland and is priced at $35,000. The year isn’t listed but this 3 bed/2 bath home appears to be a newer model and has been updated into a farmhouse style decor. The only upgrade that we can see might be needed would be a change to the flooring in the kitchen/dining/laundry room area to match the living room.
