Get ready to be inspired by this fresh and modern 1978 manufactured home makeover we found in California that proves that anything old can be made new again. The home appears to be completely updated both inside and out. Even the lighting and heating vents were upgraded. Take a look!
From what we can tell, the homeowners took the older manufactured home and opened up the floor plan to create one big living space. This adds so much potential when it comes to furniture placement and gives the space a much more modern and open flow.

The kitchen boasts granite counters, stainless appliances, and a large pantry providing plenty of storage space. The laundry area is conveniently located with a stackable washer and dryer combo. There is also a separate dining area with more storage space (because of course, you can never have too much storage!).

Both baths were remodeled but with different styles.

The second bath was remodeled to include a Senior/handicap-friendly deep walk-in tub along with a shower. They also added subway tiles for the vanity backsplash and a vessel countertop sink to complete the bath.

The exterior of the manufactured home has had an update as well. Wood trim was added around the windows, and the entrance was expanded, and wood trim was added there as well.

With the hot California climate, the choice of landscape will usually include mulch and rock and hopefully at least a small patch of grass. This home incorporates all of that along with a few trees.

This modern 1978 manufactured home is a testament to just how much can be accomplished if you have a vision and a plan. There were many more pics of the home, so if you want to see more, you can check out the listing on Redfin.
