Magazine Worthy Interior

The listing does a wonderful job of describing the custom interior:

This spectacular living space has had a nearly full custom remodel inside and out! The main home has new James Hardie board and batten siding and a brand new standing seam metal roof with a transferable warranty. Inside you’ll find fully sheetrocked walls and 9′ ceilings w/crown moulding. You’ll love stepping in through the new, 6-lite wooden front door and onto the new and nearly indestructible Cali Bamboo Laguna Sand extra wide plank flooring, brand new luxury carpets from a local flooring company, and enjoy the extra space offered by a brand new bright 22×14′ sunroom conversion with custom shiplap-style walls.

The spacious kitchen features new Calacatta Sponda quartz countertops, a backsplash of handcrafted Moroccan Zellige tiles, a huge eat-in island, a 64″ Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerator (all other appliances are brand new), tasteful 2-tone cabinets, and brass fixtures to match the brass undermount farmhouse sink.

Throughout the spectacular mobile home, you’ll find high-end light fixtures with custom selections from Pottery Barn, Savoy House, and more. All paint colors are either HGTV-featured Sherwin Williams colors or Benjamin Moore’s top 2022 colors. Walk left to the master bedroom to find a trey ceiling, recessed lighting, remote control ceiling fan, and a BM Urbane Bronze accent wall. The master en suite contains double bowl sinks with brushed brass fixtures, a brand new leathered granite countertop, custom cabinetry, a garden tub and separate 5′ tiled shower, private toilet room, and large walk-in closet.

The other 3 bedrooms all have a tasteful accent wall each, and new, high-end carpeting. All interior doors and trim are brand new in white craftsman style. Truly nothing left behind – even your laundry room has new cabinets to flow with the overall color scheme of the home.

After reading through the Realtor description it’s hard to imagine that the pictures could live up to the hype, but they actually exceed it.

One word…WOW!

There is a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths in this spectacular mobile home. Each of the bedrooms is just as gorgeously remodeled as the first. There is also a laundry room that includes a nice size closet and a back entrance to the home.

The Outside Continues to Amaze

While the inside is spectacular the outside is just as splendid. Enjoy deer-watching or a tranquil evening by the fire from a large back patio. The patio and back porch connect to the 32′ x 12′ shed with electricity (and an extra fridge!) via a wooden walkway. The property is almost 7 acres and includes barns with room for horses, chicken coops, a greenhouse, and more.

(There’s more to see about the property than we shared, and if you want to learn more you can visit the Realtor listing.)

While we realize that this is not your typical mobile home remodeling project, there is no doubt that it could easily make the cover of any decorating/remodeling magazine. The listing states that it includes another home on the property that is ready to be rehabbed as well and that the property would make a great venue for special events or an Airbnb, which is a big market these days. We did a little research, and the home last sold a little over a year ago and looked NOTHING like it does now. (you can see the before here) Big kudos to the owners for their awesome job!

As always, thanks for reading Mobile Home Living®.

  1. Dadblamed is the best dang word I’ve heard in at least a week or two! I have to ask, are you from southern West Virginia? My Pop-paw used to say that word all the time – thank you for the laugh and wonderful memory! Please stop by any ole’ time!

  2. Yes, I do not understand why they put so many windows on a dadblamed mobile home. It is does not make sense to me. I think one window per room is enough.
