This Triple Wide Manufactured Home Design is Spacious

May 17, 2020February 21, 2026 1 comment

We share a variety of mobile homes here at Mobile Home Living. From tiny homes to double wides we love finding remodeled homes as well as new models that are hitting the market. This time we are sharing a triple wide manufactured home design from Clayton Homes that is family ready.

Room for All the Family

Although this home is only 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, there is no doubt that it’s roomy. At almost 2500 square feet, the rooms are large and it boasts a great room plus a bonus room that could be used as an office, playroom, or even a home gym.

Featuring large windows, trey ceilings and stylish archways, the great room is part of the open floor plan that includes the kitchen and dining area as well.

Any Mom Would Love This Kitchen

This kitchen has so much to offer. From the recessed lighting, the abundance of storage, to the huge island, this kitchen has it all. Another added bonus, the corner window, which isn’t usually seen in kitchens this size.

Take a Look at This Master Suite

The master bedroom, bath, and closet are huge in this triple wide manufactured home design. Both the bedroom and the closet feature transom windows which is a great way to add natural light without taking up valuable wall space.

Extras Galore

One of the biggest perks of manufactured housing is the ability to make changes and personalize a home to have it fit your family’s needs. As you can see from the floor plan and interactive choices you can create the perfect setup, taking or adding amenities as you see fit.

A feature that we really liked about this home was the abundance of natural light in every room. Even the master bath and closet had windows that gave some light without taking up valuable space in the room.

A current popular option for many new home designs includes a built on porch. It’s a pretty nice addition to any home and is one less thing that the new homeowner has to add to the manufactured home after setup.

Triple wide exterior

We weren’t able to find a starting price for this particular triple wide manufactured home design, it would probably be upward of $120k depending on the options chosen. Although that is on the higher side of a manufactured home price, it would be hard to get almost 2500 square feet of living space with this many amenities in a stick built home for that price.

What do you think? Too much home? Or just right? We would love to hear what you think. Comment below and let us know what you think of this triple wide manufactured home design.

I’m interested in used mobile homes in the Austin/San Antonio area on its own land. 3/2 and 1200 plus sq. ‘ preferably.
