Every month, we search the internets for our favorite mobile homes for sale all across the country. Thanks to our friend and mobile home expert Steve (and his facebook group Manufactured Housing) we haven’t had any trouble finding them.
This month’s our favorite mobile homes for sale have features we love, have been completely remodeled, or offer endless potential. Some have all three and made us green with envy.
Just a reminder, we just love to talk about and look at beautiful mobile homes, we aren’t trying to help sell them. Each listing includes the original link but the home can be sold at any time and the listing no longer available. We are not affiliated with any realtors, sellers, dealerships, builders, or financiers – we’re just mobile home nerds.
Totally Remodeled at an Affordable Price
This 3 bedroom mobile home located in Washington state is completely remodeled and gorgeous! Although the listing doesn’t give a price it does say it is extremely affordable (which is probably a little higher than some of the other homes we feature since it is located in Washington). As you can see from the pictures the kitchen has tons of storage and granite counter tops which is one of the reasons this is one our favorite mobile homes for sale this month. Granite is gorgeous but it’s expensive and interior designers are going for quartz or solid surface countertops nowadays. Learn more about quartz at This Old House, here. Home has sold.
Another great feature of this home? It sits on a lot that is included in the purchase of the mobile home. As we have discussed before, owning the land your mobile home sits on is a great way to build equity.
Ocean Living for $35,000
The first thing we noticed about this 2 bedroom and 1 bath mobile home, located on the coast of North Carolina, were those awesome tropical blue shutters. Home has sold.
We also love the bay window at the end. According to the listing, this home includes an outdoor shower and large deck, both must-haves for beach living.
Desert Beauty for $16,888
This is one of our favorite mobile homes for sales for a few reasons. This mobile home features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and is located right outside of Phoenix, Arizona. It comes completely furnished and sits in a 55+ mobile home park.
The only drawback we saw with this particular mobile home was the size, a little over 800 square feet, which is a little on the small side. It features a split floor plan which we love and is painted in one of the hot paint colors for manufactured homes in 2018. Home has sold.
All Original, Sunken Living Room, and a Closet at the Front Door for $19,900? YES, Please!
When we came across this 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home in Wisconsin we had to share it with you! This is an awesome home and I wish I could buy it.
Unlike our other favorite mobile homes for sale this month, this home is all original with the exception of new flooring. This awesome home has a sunken living room (which you don’t see much anymore) and a coat closet at the front door. Wow!
The masterbath makes the most of the available space. It definitely qualifies for one of our top finds in mobile homes this month. Home has sold.
Our Favorite Mobile Homes for Sale Proves You Shouldn’t Judge a Book by its Cover (Price Not Listed)
We won’t lie, we almost missed this amazing 1968 2 bedroom mobile home. The exterior isn’t an attention-grabber, you know? But we are glad we didn’t pass it by cause it has a great interior.
This mobile home features a completely remodeled inside with custom cabinets and wood look laminate flooring. The black appliances in the kitchen really pull the look together and make this vintage mobile home look much more expensive. The owners really outdid themselves updating the entire home. From the look of it, the only thing it would need is an exterior makeover. Home has sold.
This month’s top finds in mobile homes gave us a variety of different styles to choose from. From totally remodeled to a project lovers dream we found them all. Which ones did you love? We want to hear what you think so be sure to comment below.
As always thanks for reading Mobile Home Living.
Bought a 1973 Broadmore in Scottsdale AZ. It could become an AirBNB . Looking to turn it into a sweet dream of a space. Love the hints here.
Hi Laurie,
Smart idea! I would love to see it when you are ready for guests – I’m always looking for cool homes to share! Best of luck!
I really enjoyed the February choices! A year ago I purchased a park model one-bedroom home and moved into it last summer. It is beginning to feel like home, and I am looking for colors and decorating ideas, and your website is excellent. It also gives me great ideas for a business to enjoy with my children who are locating to the Phoenix area. Thank you!
Hi Mary,
Thank you for the kind words! Glad you found us! I have the hardest time choosing colors – I get overwhelmed easily cause I love all the colors..
I’m always looking for great homes to share (hint, hint)!
